Overview
The CHFFB42 Flexible Floor Bunding 90° Corner Join is designed to create secure right-angle connections within high-profile flexible floor bunding systems. This corner join allows bunding sections to form continuous containment layouts while maintaining the same compressible and self-restoring design used in Chatoyer flexible bunding systems.
With a 150mm high triangular profile, the bund compresses under low-speed vehicle traffic such as forklifts and pallet jacks, allowing safe crossings while maintaining effective spill containment. Once the load passes, the bund immediately returns to its original shape, ensuring reliable containment performance.
Manufactured from heavy-duty 900gsm yellow PVC with gloss acrylic lacquer on both sides and reinforced with a triangular foam core, the CHFFB42 provides excellent durability, high visibility, and strong resistance to chemicals and industrial conditions. It is ideal for warehouses, maintenance areas, chemical storage zones, and industrial processing environments requiring higher spill containment barriers.
