The CHGA01 Sikaflex 11FC is a premium, one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane sealant and adhesive designed for professional industrial and construction applications. Formulated for flexibility and high strength, it provides a durable, permanent bond and seal on a wide range of common building materials. Specifically recommended for use with Chatoyer Floor Bunding systems, it is the ideal solution for sealing joints, corners, and penetrations to ensure a leak-proof and compliant spill containment setup.

Key Features & Benefits

Powerful Adhesion: Bonds strongly to a vast array of substrates including concrete, masonry, metals, timber, PVC, tiles, and brick without the need for a primer in many applications.

Superior Flexibility: With an elongation at break of 600% and the ability to accommodate ±25% joint movement, it absorbs vibration, impact, and thermal expansion without cracking or losing its seal.

Rapid Curing: Forms a skin in just 60 minutes (at 23°C / 50% RH) and achieves full cure within 24 hours, allowing for quick project turnaround.

Durable & Weather Resistant: Once cured, it forms a tough, rubber-like seal with a Shore A hardness of 45. It remains flexible and effective across a wide service temperature range (-40°C to +80°C) and can withstand short-term exposure up to +120°C.

Easy to Apply: Supplied in a standard 310mL cartridge for use with standard caulking guns. It has a smooth, non-sag consistency for easy application on vertical and overhead surfaces.

Low VOC: Compliant with typical construction site requirements for indoor air quality.
