Overview

The Ultra‑Sidewinder Cable Protector Large Extension is a 300mm modular section designed to complement the large‑size Ultra‑Sidewinder cable protection system (CHU1840). It allows precise length adjustments, fills gaps, and enables complex layouts where a full 800mm section is not required. Constructed from durable ABS plastic with Santoprene® rubber feet, it maintains the same high load capacity (18.3 kg/cm²) and low‑profile 55mm height as the full‑size units, with an extra‑large 300mm width and a generously sized internal channel.

Like the main sections, the extension features snap‑together ends that support left/right articulation and S‑curve configurations. The textured surface provides slip resistance and meets ADA ramp requirements. With an axle load capacity of up to 6,123 kg per axle, it is ideal for warehouses, construction sites, trade shows, and heavy vehicle areas where customised routing of large cables, hoses, or conduit is essential.
